Your order will typically be dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time it is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the carrier information and tracking details for your parcel.

Please note that during sales and collection releases, dispatch times may extend up to 5 days.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS: 

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by MoonlightFits, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to inform you of the required payments. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery, as goods held at customs will require payment of necessary charges to local authorities for release. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, we will do our best to assist you in tracking it. In the case of non-delivery, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days have passed since the original shipment date.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be covered by MoonlightFits.
