RETURNS


If the product(s) you ordered do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that we receive the returned products within this 14-day period, and that they comply with our return criteria to qualify for a refund.


RETURN CRITERIA: 

→ All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
→ All products must be unworn and unwashed. 
→ All products must have all original tags attached.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: To return items, please follow the steps below. The return instructions are also provided in the paperwork enclosed with your order.

→ Email us at info@moonlightfits.co with your name and order number in the subject line. This step is essential to ensure a smooth refund process.

→ Place the item(s) with all original tags attached in a box. If possible, reuse the original packaging, and securely tape the package. Don’t forget to include your return form.

→ After we respond to your return request, take your package to the post office within 3 working days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

→ Our warehouse team will inspect your return. If everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days (excluding shipping costs).


Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. To ensure the safe return of your package, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.


EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, you are welcome to do so. Please follow the steps outlined below:

→ Ensure that the item is in its original, perfect condition, just as you received it.
